Larger organisations
The price list is for one business at one location. For a group, a multinational’s Irish or European operation, or any team of more than about ten people, Mavraq works differently: as a fractional AI and automation lead, by the day, starting with a paid pilot on one process.
It starts with a pilot
Four to six weeks, one team, one process that is costing hours every week. The scope and a fixed price are agreed after a discovery call, and the result is measured before and after in hours and errors, not impressions. You end the pilot with a working system and a written report either way, and the report says what to do next, including nothing.
A pilot is the only way Mavraq starts with a larger organisation. It is cheaper for you than a retainer to a stranger, and it gives both sides a real number to decide on.
Then, by the month
After the pilot, ongoing work is sold as days a month at a day rate set out in the pilot proposal. Monthly, with thirty days’ notice either way, and the days are yours to point at whatever is losing the most time.
Advisory
2 days a month
A roadmap, vendor and model choices, and review of what your own team builds.
Build
6 to 8 days a month
Mavraq owns a backlog of automations and agents for one or two teams, and ships something every month.
Embedded
12 or more days a month
Effectively a part-time head of AI for one business unit, working inside your tools and meetings.
Where the time usually goes
Examples, not a menu. The pilot picks one, and the discovery call finds out which.
Finance
Invoices matched to purchase orders before anyone sees them. Supplier queries answered from your own records. Month-end chasing that runs itself.
Operations
A knowledge base your team can ask about procedures, with the source shown. Tickets and requests sorted and routed before a person picks them up.
Sales
Inbound leads rung and qualified within minutes. CRM records kept clean automatically. First-draft proposals from your own templates.
Procurement
Supplier onboarding documents chased and checked on arrival. Contract clauses found in seconds instead of afternoons.
Customer service
First-line answers from your documents on web, WhatsApp and phone, around the clock, with anything unusual handed to a person.
HR
Policy and leave questions answered from the handbook. Interview scheduling done by reply. Onboarding checklists that chase themselves.
How the work is done
- In your tenant. Everything is built in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your automation platform and your model provider, under accounts you control. Your data stays where it already is, and access is revoked the day the engagement ends.
- Yours to keep. You own the workflows, prompts, documentation and code. Nothing stops working if Mavraq is not renewed.
- One senior person. No juniors, no account manager, no handoffs. The person on the discovery call is the person who builds it. That also means Mavraq takes on two or three organisations at a time, not twenty.
- What procurement will ask for. Mavraq signs your data processing agreement or supplies its own, answers your security questionnaire in writing, and documents data flows and sub-processors. Mavraq is not certified to ISO 27001 or SOC 2; the controls are documented instead, and you can decide whether that is enough for a pilot.
- Irish business, Irish law. Contracts under Irish law. The work is done remotely, inside your tenant and your meetings, with a visit only where a contract calls for one.
