What Mavraq builds
Six things, each with a published price or a fixed quote. Most clients start with one and add the rest once the first is paying for itself.
Enquiries answered, qualified and booked
An agent reads what comes in, answers what it can, books what it should and hands the rest to a person with the context attached. Your inbox stops being a to-do list.
How a project runs
Four stages. You see working software from the third onwards, and you can stop after any of them.
Discovery call
A call on what eats your team's time and what a fix is worth to you. No slides.
Scope and fixed quote
A written scope and one price within one working day, no hourly billing. Automations are priced from a published menu, websites and custom work are quoted. Half the total is paid upfront, the other half on completion. Example: a phone agent that answers and books for a clinic is scoped on one call, priced as one number and built in three weeks.
Build, test, adjust
Built in weeks. You get a working prototype at set checkpoints, test it on real work, and what does not fit gets changed. Everything is built in your accounts. You own it from day one.
Launch and handover
Documentation, a training session for your team, and two weeks of free support after launch. Ongoing support after that is a monthly retainer, agreed at handover.
Who builds it

James Maher
Founder, builds everything
Mavraq is run by James Maher. There is no handoff between a strategist who talks and a team who builds. The person on your discovery call is the person who writes the workflows, trains the agents and ships the site.
Before Mavraq, James spent six years at ABP Food Group, one of Europe’s largest beef processors, starting as a graduate and finishing as plant manager. He ran a nine-figure site with over 180 employees and customers across Europe and Asia. Running a plant at that scale means running people, suppliers, audits and margins at the same time, and watching good managers lose days to admin that should have run itself. That is the problem Mavraq exists to fix.
He then founded Green Oak Group, an investment company in Asia, and the small businesses it has opened there run on automations he built himself: invoicing, follow-ups, accounting and the rest of the back office. Two years of building AI agents and automations went into making that work, and it is the same work Mavraq now does for others.
The result is a builder who understands your operation before he opens a laptop, and who only ships what he would run in his own businesses.
Recent work
Lead generation automation. Give it a trade and an area. It finds each business and the decision maker there by name, not a switchboard number, has AI write a first message per lead, and loads them into your outreach platform ready to send. For a marketing agency doing B2B outreach at scale.
Book a call
One call on what is slowing your business down. You leave with a clear view of what to automate first, whether or not you work with Mavraq.
Thirty minutes on Google Meet. No prep, no deck.
Prefer a written quote, or a short WhatsApp chat instead of a call? Request a quote and leave your WhatsApp number. James messages you first.
